911 Rescue Care
Ground and Air Networks
Coordinated transport with continuity through handover.
Coordinate before acquiring
The first operating concept uses licensed partner capacity and a defined regional need. Existing ground and air assets would be assessed alongside receiving facilities, communication and sustainable readiness costs.
A complete transfer pathway
A proposed partnership would document its service area, hours, dispatch relationships, medical direction, receiving arrangements and escalation procedures. Transport capacity alone is not evidence that a complete service is ready.
Local authority and measurable results
Clinical, aviation, insurance and transport permissions depend on the jurisdiction and the actual operating model. Evaluation would include receiving acceptance, completed appropriate transfers, failed contacts, disruption, cost and handover quality.
